Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned unused, with all tags attached and the protective seal intact.

Items that show signs of wear or have had the hygiene seal removed cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Place the swimwear back into the parcel like you received it, mark the parcel with your order number and send it back to us.

Once we receive the returned product you will receive an email of confirmation from us. Please allow a couple of days for us to handle your return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery

We will pack and send your order within 1-2 business days. 

If you reside in Norway you should receive your order within 2-4 business days after we ship it.  

If you live outside of Norway you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days after we ship it. However, depending on where you reside your order might be delayed in customs, and you might have to pay taxes upon delivery.

Most of our pieces are true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. There is a more detailed description under each product. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to contact us.
